Rowling - Replaced by: Stephenie Meyer Ok, I should first state that I mean 'So Last Years' author of fantasy novels, not 'So Last Years' author that somebody has made-up. Harry Potter won a lot of people over for the magical and adventurous novels, which broke down any walls between generation gaps as people of all ages swooped to buy the books and watch the films. However, now all I hear about is Twilight and vegetarian vampire. I'm yet to watch or read anything from the Twilight Saga but it does seem to have taken the limelight away from Potter.
